We are an owner-managed communication agency in the second and third generation. What drives us is to create Xperiences – moments, where people and brands can grow!
Looking back on the last 30 years, we have also grown through many formative Xperiences. Founded as a classic advertising agency, we surfed on the hype around the fashion and creative industries of the 80s, a TV-centered age with loud and flashy logos and slogans.
Already in the early 90s, we considered the individual customer as the benchmark for our communication concepts. The "Customer Xperience" became dialogic and multimedia. In the mid-90s, our first websites went online, in the year 2000 social media followed. In addition to external communication, a growing desire for internal communication came along as ongoing change became part of a company's development. We became passionate about walking alongside our clients in their ongoing transformation. With measures, events and workshops on topics such as communication, culture and leadership
Today, we think and design holistically, including both inward and outward. We look at the system with all stakeholders and set impulses accordingly. In doing so, our ideas have no boundaries - neither cultural, geographical nor medial.
